Internet-based Bigfoot is run from your browser. No software is installed on your PC, you only need internet access and Internet Exporer. This version is better for operations with more than one facility where tighter corporate control is needed.
You can try Bigfoot by chosing the first option of "Try a sample edition of our internet-based solution." This is a fully web-based, subscription service which is different from our client-server product. It is typically best suited for multiple facility scenarios.
Traditional Bigfoot, also called "client-server" is installed on your PC. You run the software on your company network. No internet access is needed. This is better for operations with only one or a small number of facilities where enterprise/corporate control is not needed.
